I received my Colby TFTV1524 2 days after ordered, as promised by Amazon. Everything was new and in order. Upon powering up the unit it would not respond to any input from either the remote or the buttons on the unit. I called Colby customer service and was able to speak to a customer service agent in less than 10 minutes. After hearing my explanation and asking a few questions the agent recommended I return the unit to Amazon. I won't be ordering another as I now lack confidence in this product and this brand.
