The TV is great. I bought the refurbished model, because, by nature I'm thrifty. I unpackaged the set, hooked up the necessary wires, fired it up and it's working like a charm. I certainly would recommend this set to anyone thinking of buying a small TV.

So far so good. I really love the white case! The unit does seem to have trouble reading recordable DVDs however. I am not having a problem with the sound at all.

This TV was very easy to set up and the size is perfect for my bedroom and the DVD player is really easy to control. My last one was a nightmare. The only problem I really had was setting the remote with the satellite. It still isn't quite right but workable.

Purchased this TV to replace the 15 inch in my kitchen (counter top, under the white cabinets)it fit perfectly and now I can sit at the table, eat dinner and actually read the guide channel. The sound isn't wonderful, but I use it in the kitchen so don't need surround sound. Arrived quickly, perfect condition, I set it up in 15 minutes and am looking at getting a 2nd one for our guest room. I started to get a bigger tv for the guest room but was cautioned by my husband that we don't want guests to be too "spoiled" as they may not go home. My only complaint about my transaction is that this TV was $30 more when I bought mine two weeks ago.

I am on line right now to buy computer speakers for this TV. We had it at full volume in a bedroom, and you have to be really quiet or sit near it to hear it. I tried the help line and because of power and the size of the speakers it can't get any louder! I would never have bought the TV if we had realized this. Yes, we didn't notice it at first, but you go to turn it up and realize you are at the full volume? I have never listened to a TV at full volume it hurts my ears. Only get this TV if you are hooking it up to speakers or it goes in a tiny quiet room!
