Best Show Ever!, 2010-08-24
This is honestly the best show I've ever seen! Both Season 1 and 2! :)
It got great actors/actresses, great story writing, great quests - It's simply amazing!
I love to see how the characters evolve, and I must say that there's a great chemistry between the characters. (Especially Kahlan and Richard!)
You should really buy this if you like Adventure, Magic, fighting and love!
It is currently canceled, so a season 3 won't come around, unless the resistant to this decision gets help! Every donation, every review, basically anything, helps! :)

Wow, 2010-08-23
I have just finished watching seasons 1 and 2, and am so happy to have found this show. I've always been a fan of fantasy science fiction books, and to a lesser extent, movies and TV shows (until the LOTR trilogy, which immediately became my favorite movies of all time). Anyway, I felt compelled to leave a review for LOTS (Legend of the Seeker). If you haven't yet watched LOTS... what are you waiting for? And if you did try it out and gave up after the first episode or two, I urge you to give it another try. I was continually delighted by the creative story-telling and talented acting. The episodes are unpredictable, the actors are believable, and you find yourself wondering how on Earth will it work out this time?! I liked how certain characters reappeared in later episodes. Also enjoyed the addition of Cara in season 2, and the added tension she brought to the group. You cannot imagine how disappointed I was to learn there were no plans for season 3. I can only keep my fingers crossed that ABC Studios finds it on their hearts to give us more of this awesome show. Please?!?!
One of the best series ever!!!!, 2010-08-21
I stumbled upon this by chance and was glad I did!! The acting is great, the scenery and sets are breathtaking. Craig Horner and Bridget Regan do a wonderful job of filling the shoes of Richard and Kahlan and the sparks between them will keep you coming back for more!! The story line will keep you on your toes, if you like fantasy,action, and romance this series is definately for you!! Check it out I promise you won't regret it! : )
Excellent series, 2010-08-22
The actors did a stellar performance acting out the script as it was written. Still, many questions arose in my mind when I watched it. Why would it have been so shortened? Why were so many scenes cut out? If it had followed the book more closely, it could have made for a much richer, deeper plot. I'm beginning to suspect that it was made into an abbreviated deviation of Wizard's First Rule because the executives in charge of making the decisions knew that the show would never generate enough viewership to justify it's continuation. I therefore recommend moving away from judging it from a strictly Wizard's First Rule point of view. Enjoy the show for the riveting action and constant drama. Don't get too caught up in pointless comparisons. Of course, my thoughts are only opinions and my guesses are only speculation. I can only hope that fans will continue to politely and respectfully campaign for the show's continuation. If the show was resurrected, the actors would have a fairer chance to complete the seeker t.v. series. I felt that the show and actors should have been afforded at least 3 more seasons. Let's rise together and demonstrate that, we the fans, deserve as much too.

Many better reviews than I can write. This is a fun romp. If you liked Xena, Stargate, Firefly, and/or Farscape(the best of them all) then you will have a great time with this one.
Just want to say it was great to see Bruce Spence again. He was the best part of Mad Max II as the roto-copter pilot. Great work here as the Wizard.
