I bought the package deal for my daughter for her birthday and so far she loves it. Definitely need to buy the extra card but the camera is easy to use and the price was great.

It works great and all. Nice pictures. Great large LCD screen, only issue is that the built-in speaker is almost inaudible. So if you plan to playback videos on it, you will struggle hearing back anything. Other than that, it works great!

I'll start by saying that I've always been a loyal customer to Sony & this makes my third purchase of a Sony camera. My previous cam was a DSC-W55 and at 7.2 MP that baby packed quite a punch, great quality & very user friendly, which is why I didn't want to stray away from the brand when I decided to purchase another. So I've had the DSC-W330 for about 2 months now and I must say that i'm highly disappointed. I made the purchase thinking it was an upgrade from my last, boy was I wrong. One of my main gripes about this camera is the picture quality. I've tried just about every setting on this camera but the clarity of my photos remain shadowed, blurry and some have a reddish undertone to them. The best photos I've taken with this cam is in direct sunlight outside, no flash. The clarity of the photos don't give a sense of reality at all, especially up close pics have the tendency to look airbrushed & blurred. The flash tends to take away from the clarity & detail as well. It's also really slow when shooting, so if you're trying to capture something really quick its NOT gonna happen. I've played around with it for 2 months to no avail and I've finally decided to just return it and save up for the Cybershot HX1. I wouldn't recommend this camera to anyone, it's definitely a down grade from my previous one. It's cute & compact but that's about it, definitely not worth the purchase.

I owned a 7.2 cybershot Sony camera and I loved it. Then I bought this one with high hopes it's going to be more than I expected.. But this is a nightmare. Photos are either so blurry, dark or so bright.. I've tried different settings and everything.. but it came out the same...My gosh Sony you just killed your household name with this camera.. Don't buy this camera... Believe me you will regret if you will buy it.
