The Snug is great for Nano use, especially when running. When I ran with a standard ipod in the Snug it bounced around a lot due to the elasticity of the materials. Buy the Snug for Nano use only.

This product is terrible. The iPod stays in the flexible pouch fine, but the material the pouch is made from is too flexible and the armband is only held on by a small and narrow piece of bungee fabric. This results in the iPod swaying all over the place because the band does not have a wide enough stance and the pouch material is too flexy. That in turn resulted in the stitching coming apart because it moved around so much. All in all, I give it a poor review. It's fine if you don't move around much (fine if you're lifting weights), but it's terrible for running. I can't even wear it around my arm anymore because of all the jostling, which means I don't wear it at all and I wasted $20.

This is for an older I Pod. It is thicker than the newer ones. It is great for holding the IPod during a work out.
