The item surprisingly came with the Data Transfer Sync cable. So I can plug it into my computer as well as the wall. At first I wasn't sure it was going to work because the iPhone didn't make any noise or show a battery charge symbol on the screen. It took a while to charge up initially, but it got there. Thanks for the Data Transfer Sync cable! Thanks for the speedy shipping. I got it within 24 hours of when I ordered it.

This power adapter works just the way I thought it would. I gave it four stars because the description made it sound like the blades on the plug retracted and they do not. So far, this adapter seems to be fairly solid. For the price, not a bad purchase.

I need to find a way to alert Apple that this company is selling counterfeit items that do not work with their products. I'm surprised Amazon has not already banned them, but I guess I should have read reviews first.

This item is NOT what it says it is. When I received it, the first thing I noticed was it wasn't in Apple packaging. After opening the plastic bag it was shipped in, I noticed that it had a little dirt on it, so it was not new. I have a real one at home and was buying this one to accompany a gift. Once I compared it to mine, I noticed the the writing on the back was misspelled. Instead of saying "Designed by Apple in California" as the REAL ones do, this one said "Designd by Appie in California".

I can't tell you how it performed because I immediately returned it.

It had a green dot. Looked exactly like the real one. But my iPhone froze, charging erratically. It was charging and the next second, it showed the battery was full. I can't say it was real or fake or OEM or rejected charger. I just think I should not have tried to save money on the charger. If I had a Ferrari, I should not have saved money on gas.
